In order to be eligible for a full refund, please make sure to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We kindly request that all returned items remain unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and in a resellable condition.

For domestic orders, we will happily provide you with a return shipping label. However, at this time, we we are currently unable to offer international shipping labels. Please note that the postage for returns will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used during checkout.

Here are the eligible reasons for returns:

If the product was damaged during transit.
If the product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
If the product received does not match the description provided in your order.
If you've had a change of mind or there's a sizing issue.

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and properly packaged for safe transit.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we initiate the refund procedure. Please allow us a maximum of 7-14 business days to complete this process. You will be notified by email once your refund has been initiated.

We may request photos and information about the damage, and once approved, we will make arrangements to send you a replacement product as quickly as possible.
