Return Window

Return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Item Condition

Readymade items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and in resellable condition. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Shipping Labels & Refunds

  • Domestic (U.S.) returns: We can provide a return shipping label. Postage will be deducted from your refund.
  • International returns: We’re able to accept returns in Australia only.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Product damaged in transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Item received does not match the order description
  • Change of mind or sizing issue

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we initiate the refund. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email notification when your refund is initiated.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully quality-check every item before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos and details about the issue. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement promptly.
