Returns & Refund
Thank you for shopping at Rockin Cushions. We appreciate that you love our products! In the event that your order does not meet expectations, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning your purchase.
You are permitted to return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned items must be in an unused, unwashed and unsoiled, “resellable” condition.
To arrange a return simply contact us via our contact form. We’ll reply with a shipping address for your return. While we are able to provide a return shipping label, the postage will be deducted from your purchase amount. We apologise we are unable to provide international shipping labels. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Product is damaged- during transit
- Product is defective - during manufacturing process
- Product is not as described per your order
- Order is delayed for over 20 days
- Change of mind, or sizing issue.
Please ensure that the returned product is in its original condition and packaged for safe transit.
Refund Processing Times
Rockin Cushions initiates the refund procedure upon successful delivery. It will take us a maximum of 7 - 14 business days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
All of our products are checked for quality before they are shipped. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can provide assistance. We may require photos and information about the damage and, once approved, we will make arrangements to have a replacement product sent to you as quickly as possible.
