Ban is a trained seamstress with a background in costumes and home décor. She’s been sewing professionally for years, long before joining Rockin Cushions in 2014. Precision matters to her. Clean finishes matter. Getting it right the first time matters.
When Ban works on an order, she follows exact patterns designed for specific IKEA models. Stripes are aligned. Seams are reinforced. Loose threads are trimmed. Nothing is rushed, and nothing leaves her workspace unless she’d be happy putting it on her own furniture.

Ban sews from a dedicated, organized home workspace. It’s clean, smoke-free, pet-hair-free, and set up for professional production. She uses her own sewing machine, serger, and tools to handle everything from cutting to finishing.
Each order is sewn, checked, pressed, packaged, and shipped by Ban herself. No handoffs. No shortcuts. Full ownership from start to finish.
