What Items Are Not Returnable?
Washed, soiled or used items are not eligible for return.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Refund Processing Times
We must receive your order back within 30 days after your order has been delivered to you. Rockin Cushions initiates the refund procedure upon successful delivery. It will take us a maximum of 7 - 14 business days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
Faulty items and Sizing Issues
We may require photos and information about the damage or sizing issue. Once an exchange is approved, we will make arrangements to have a replacement product sent to you as quickly as possible. Please ensure that the returned product is in it's original condition and packaged for safe transit.
