How Do I Return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What Items Are Returnable?
Product is damaged- during transit
Product is defective - during manufacturing process
Product is not as described per your order
Change of mind, or sizing issue.
What Items Are Not Returnable?
Washed, soiled or used items are not eligible for return.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Refund Processing Times
We must receive your order back within 30 days after your order has been delivered to you. Rockin Cushions initiates the refund procedure upon successful delivery. It will take us a maximum of 7 - 14 business days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
All of our products are checked for quality before they are shipped. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can provide assistance. We may require photos and information about the damage and, once approved, we will make arrangements to have a replacement product sent to you as quickly as possible.
Please ensure that the returned product is in it's original condition and packaged for safe transit.
